Who I Am, and How I Work
As a relational therapist, I approach our work collaboratively, with the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I offer curiosity and nonjudgment, and strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome — exactly as you are, right now.
I practice from a systemic, anti-oppressive, holistic lens that recognizes how our individual experiences are shaped by broader cultural, social, and historical contexts. I view healing as a process that involves the whole self—mind and body. I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and operate from a neurodiversity-affirming framework.
In my practice, I primarily draw from experiential and person-centered modalities—drawing on mindfulness, parts work, and emotionally-focused techniques—while also integrating components of narrative therapy. When appropriate, I may weave in elements of yoga to support present-moment awareness, regulation, and embodiment. Together, we’ll find what feels most supportive for you, shaping our work in a way that reflects your needs, your pace, and what matters most to you.
Outside of my work as a licensed marriage and family therapist, I love spending time in nature, playing board games, and reading way too many books at once.
